imageId - The ImageId where the uploaded images are from.

Adds a Mask Shape to the appropriate ROIClass, creating one if necessary.

Parameters:

image - The Image containing the mask data.

z - The Z Section of the image.

t - The Time point of the image.

Throws:

java.io.IOException - Thrown if an error occurred while creating the mask.
